The semester just started, and yet we are already facing mid-term! I am planning an end-of-semester/Christmas gathering for the students of CCF again and could use your help! I want to put together finals week care packages for our students, filled with snacks, encouraging notes, and other goodies. Let me know if you are able and willing to gather some snacks, write some notes, or send an extra check to go towards encouraging these young men and women!

I wouldn’t say that campus was a ghost town over the summer, but what a difference there is in walking The Quad today compared to a month ago!! Join me in continuing to pray for the students, faculty and staff, and the entire campus. And, let me know when you are in town – I’d love to show you the new place and share the vision of CCF with you.

The streets around campus are already starting to get busier. Quad day is in just over 3 weeks, and I am asking you to join me in covering the ministry of CCF in prayer to start the school year off right. Starting at 8am on Saturday, August 16th, I will be at our new facilities – “The 303” – until 8am the following morning. It has been encouraging to see some of you have signed up from the last email or through our Facebook page to join me, and I hope many more of you will be lifting CCF up in Prayer on this day and continually this year. Here are a few ways to pray:

• Pray for the Holy Spirit to move on this campus
• Pray for students who will join us to see Jesus through our efforts
• Pray for boldness for our students to live for Jesus
• Pray for wisdom to love like Jesus while proclaiming His righteousness
• Pray for our students to bear witness to His Lordship and live as disciple-makers
• Pray that we would be used by God for His purposes
• Pray for Andy as He works to lead and disciple students
• Pray for our student leadership team
• Pray for financial growth to match student growth

We have officially signed a lease for CCF facilities!! We will be operating out of our new space at 303 E Green. This amazing location will house Bible studies, other weekly activities, a student hangout and study space, English Corner activities, and offices. If you live close or are passing through, I’d love to give you a tour and take time to pray together for the students who will be passing through over the coming years, especially for this fall.
